摘 要 文化型主题酒店，是以酒店所在地最具影响力的地域特征、文化特质为素材， 来进行设计、建造、装饰、提供服务和经营的酒店类型。它在满足空间的居住功 能同时，更能为居住者提供独一无二的体验感和愉悦的精神享受。而富有特色的 地域文化是主题酒店设计的灵魂所在，如何更好的挖掘和表现特定的地域文化是 重中之重。地域文化内涵的主题酒店空间是当前的热点问题，也是未来酒店的发 展方向。 本文以当下主题酒店的现状及发展入手，进行调查分析，从文化情感的角度， 将地域文化再现作为切入点，通过对经典案例的设计手法进行分析，总结相应的 设计手法；并结合衢州柯城“二十四宿”主题酒店的设计案例，对主题酒店设计 中是如何对文化进行挖掘和文化再现，以及如何通过酒店空间的设计与宾客产生 情感共鸣进行设计探讨。 关键词：主题酒店；设计；文化；情感再现；二十四节气； I Abstract Cultural Hotel Theme is the type of hotel that is designed, built, decorated, served and operated based on the most influential regional and cultural characteristics of the hotel location. At the same time, it can provide residents with unique experience and pleasant spiritual enjoyment. And the characteristic regional culture is the soul of Hotel Theme design, how to better excavate and express the specific regional culture is the most important. The Hotel Theme space with regional cultural connotation is the current hot issue and the future direction of hotel development. This article starts with the present situation and development of Hotel Theme, carries on the investigation and analysis, from the cultural emotion angle, takes the regional cultural reproduction as the breakthrough point, through the classical case design technique carries on the analysis, summarizes the corresponding design technique; and combines the Quzhou KeCheng 24 Su Hotel Theme design case, how to excavate the culture and the cultural reproduction in the Hotel Theme design, and how to design through the hotel space design and the guest produces the emotional resonance to carry on the design discussion.
