摘 要 《普通高中生物学课程标准（2017 版）》提倡以核心素养为宗旨，着眼于学 生适应未来社会发展和个人生活的需要，充分体现生物学学科特点和育人价值， 这对生物学教学提出了更高的要求，教学只有真正回归生活，核心素养才能落地 生根。生活化教学顺应课程改革需求，立足生物学科知识和学生生活逻辑，激发 学生学习兴趣，培养学生未来参与公共事务的能力，在实际教学中具有重要意义。 本文在对生活化教学进行大量文献研究的基础上，运用调查法和访谈法，对 一线生物教师及高中学生生活化教学现状进行调查，发现高中生物学生活化教学 存在问题有：①生活化教学目标设置不到位；②生活化教学内容设计不合理；③ 生活化教学素材资源不足；④生活化教学评价失衡。再结合对部分教师进行访谈， 然后对生活化教学存在的问题进行总结，并从内因和外因角度分析产生问题的原 因，最后根据问题和原因提出生活化教学的相关建议：①合理设置生活化教学目 标；②用心设计生活化教学内容；③建立生活化教学素材库；④完善生活化教学 评价体系；之后利用自己教育教学实践经历，对高中生物学部分内容进行生活化 教学设计，以“生命活动的主要承担者—蛋白质”为例作为生活化课堂教学案例； 再以“检测生物组织中的糖类、脂肪、蛋白质”为例作为生活化实验教学改进案 例，并利用教育实习机会落实到实践中去，通过对比实验班与对照班前测后测的 结果，得出生活化教学对学生学习兴趣、积极性及自信心方面均有显著的提升作 用。 本文对高中生物学生活化教学从理论到实践都进行了归纳总结，对一线高中 生物学教学的开展、生活化教学改进及生物学校本课程的开发等有一定借鉴意义。 关键词：中学生物学；生活化教学；核心素养 I Abstract General High School Biology Curriculum Standards (2017 Edition) advocates the core literacy as the purpose, focusing on students adapting to the needs of future social development and personal life, fully reflecting the characteristics of biological disciplines and educating values, which puts forward the teaching of biology Higher requirements.
