毕业设计说明书 GRADUATE DESIGN 设计题目：机械手液压控制系统设计 学生姓名： 专业班级： 学 院： 指导老师： 副教授 摘　　要 正确合理地设计和使用液压系统，对于提升各类液压机械设备及装置工作品质和技术经济性能含相关键意义。该自动线用于加工135系列油泵凸轮轴，完成淬火前全部加工工序，包含铣二端面，打中心孔，割槽，车外圆及粗、精车凸轮外形等工序。使用机械手来完成零件上、下料及工序间输送等工作。这将解放劳动力，大大提升生产率，实现机械化生产。 本文关键包含液压缸设计和液压控制装置块式集成。采取块式集成优异方法可简化设计，设计灵活、更改方便，易于加工、专业化程度高，结构紧凑、装配维护方便，降低整个液压装置管路和管接头数量；系统运行效率较高，压力损失少，发烧少。这种设计以后将很广泛应用于液压系统。 关键词：机械手；液压控制；液压缸；块式集成 Abstract Correctly reasonably the design and the use hydraulic system, regarding enhances each kind of hydraulic pressure mechanical device and the equipment workmanship and the technical economical performance has the vital significance! the equipment main engine structure function, the hydraulic system constitution, the principle of work and the technical characteristic especially is important.Should use in from the generatrix processing 135 series oil pump cam shafts, completes before quenching all processing working procedure, including the mill two end surfaces, hits the center bore, shears the trough, the vehicle outer annulus and thick, working procedures and so on lathe finishing cam contour.Uses the manipulator to complete the components on, yummy treats and working procedure work and so on transportation.This will liberate the labor force, will enhance the productivity greatly, the realization mechanization production. This article mainly includes the hydraulic cylinder the design and the hydraulic control installment block type integration.Uses the block type integration the advanced method to be possible to simplify the design nimbly, the design, the change is convenient, easy to process, the specialized degree is high, the structure compact, the assembly maintenance is convenient, the system operating efficiency is high!
