都市农业元素介入荔山工业园青年租赁公寓室外环境改造设计 摘 要 基于深圳目前存在的青年人口众多房源紧缺，土地资源不足，旧工业园区整 合再利用成为发展趋势,人们生活方式多元化等现实问题为背景。提出以都市农 业元素和体育运动介入旧工业园区改造为青年租赁公寓的形式为课题，探寻当今 旧工业园区发展方向。通过对国内外相关实践案例对比分析，总结出以农业景观 元素和公共体育运动介入旧工业园区改造为青年租赁公寓进行环境营造，建设具 有人性化、灵活交往、自然教育、本土特色的青年租赁公寓环境。增加室外公共 活动空间的趣味性，改善当今青年租赁公寓室外环境现存的景观绿化、公共服务 设施欠缺，室外环境形式单一、混乱、环境质量低等问题。进而引起相关部门增 加对青年租赁公寓室外公共空间重视度，加强环境建设。运用文献阅读法、实地 调研法、案例研究法、模型模拟法、问卷调查法进行设计研究，最后结合广东省 深圳市南山区荔山工业园青年租赁公寓室外环境改造设计，探索旧工业园区改造 为青年租赁公寓的可行性，从而为青年租赁环境改善提供参考与方向。 关键词：旧工业园改造；都市农业元素；青年租赁公寓；社交景观 II UrbanAgricultureElementsInterventionYoungRentalApartment Outdoor EnvironmentIn Design In Li Shan IndustrialZone Abstract Based on the fact that there are many young people in Shenzhen who are short of housing resources and land resources, the integration and reuse of old industrial parks has become the trend of development, and the diversification of peoples lifestyles. It isproposed that urban agricultural elements and sports should be involved in the transformation of old industrial parks into youth rental apartments to explore the development direction of the old industrial parks. Based on the comparative analysis of relevant practice cases at home and abroad, it is concluded that the environment of youth rental apartment should be constructed by using the elements of agricultural landscape and public sports in the transformation of old industrial park into youth rental apartment, and the environment of youth rental apartment with humanistic, flexible communication, natural education and local characteristics should be constructed.
