In the pursuit of economic efficiency, enterprises also begin to pay attention to their disclosure of social responsibility accounting information. This article studies both theoretical aspect and practical aspect in the disclosure of social responsibility accounting information. This article defines social responsibility and social responsibility of accounting, and analyses the disclosure principles. With the example of social responsibility report of Agricultural Bank of China, we analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the disclosure of social responsibility and bring out solutions to improve the disadvantages.
