经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 生鲜农产品批发商在冷链物流协同中的角色、 价值与发展策略研究 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国农业产业结构得到优化，发展迅速，农产品产量及质量得到提高，消费者需求也日益增多，其中以果蔬类及肉类增长最为明显。伴随着我国农产品行业的迅速发展，农产品冷链市场需求不断扩大，需要更多的参与者加入进来，推动其发展。冷链物流作为一种新兴的供应链模式被引进到我国，近些年来逐渐加快了发展步伐。它是为了保证农产品、生鲜产品、肉禽类、花卉、药品等产品的品质和质量，减少物流运输过程中产生的损耗，保持产品的口感或者效果而产生的一种新型的特殊物流技术。 在冷链物流协同发展中，生鲜农产品批发商起到了尤为重要的作用，凭借其强大的资源对接、市场风险承担、库存与运输分流等作用，对实现我国冷链物流的可持续发展，满足当前的市场需求，促进我国物流结构优化，提高我国农产品的核心竞争力有着重要价值。 笔者将基于相关理论基础，阐述农产品冷链物流特点及发展现状，探讨生鲜农产品批发商在冷链物流协同中的角色与价值，分析当前生鲜农产品批发商在冷链物流协同中所存在的问题，进而提出生鲜农产品批发商在冷链物流协同中的发展策略。 关键词：生鲜农产品，批发商，冷链物流，供应链 Research on the role， value and development strategy of fresh agricultural product wholesalers in cold chain logistics operation Abstract Since the reform and opening up， Chinas agricultural industry structure has been optimized and developed rapidly. The output and quality of agricultural products have been improved， and consumer demand is also increasing. The most obvious growth is fruits and vegetables and meat. With the rapid development of the agricultural products industry in China， the demand for the cold chain market of agricultural products is expanding， and more participants are required to join in and promote their development. Cold chain logistics as a new supply chain model has been introduced to China， in recent years， it has gradually accelerated the pace of development. It is in order to guarantee the quality and the quality of agricultural products， fresh products， meat and poultry， flowers， pharmaceuticals and other products， reduce the loss generated in the process of transportation and logistics， a new type of special logistics technology to keep the product taste or impact. In the cold chain logistics coordinated development， wholesalers of fresh agricultural products has played an important role， with its resources docking， strong market risk， inventory and transportation diversion effect， to realize the sustainable development of Chinas cold chain logistics， to meet the current market demand，
