经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 仅供参考 PAGE 32 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 摘　要 　 在现代雕刻工艺中，石材雕刻机械的出现，让雕刻工艺有了飞速发展。这 让 雕刻的速度成倍的加快，大大提高了工作效率，缩短了产品的加工时间，保证了产品的质量。这种工艺精度高，结构合理，机械传动纯，安装维修方便，操作灵活，传动平稳可靠，自动化程度高。本文主要介绍了石材雕刻品的分类、加工工艺、石雕制品手工加工技术，并总结了石材雕刻机械在中国的发展。根据目前的现状和发展趋势中国石材机械，介绍了石材雕刻机。本次设计的雕刻机主要用于大理石和花岗岩雕刻。本机适用于各种花岗石、大理石等板材，可加工各种厚度10mm以上的花岗石板材、石材平台、各种规格及其它石材工艺品毛坯等。该机控制系统还配备了石材雕刻优化软件，自动分析板岩最佳雕刻方案，并输入已建立的数据，自动雕刻。这大大降低了工人的劳动强度，减少了材料的浪费。 关键词　：雕刻机械； 石材； 机械加工 ；手工加工 Design Stone Engraving Machine Abstract In the modern engraving technology, the appearance of stone carving machinery has made the carving craft develop rapidly. This makes the speed of carving faster, greatly improve the efficiency of work, shorten the processing time of the product, and ensure the quality of the product. This process has high precision, reasonable structure, pure mechanical transmission, convenient installation and maintenance, flexible operation, stable and reliable transmission and high degree of automation. This paper mainly introduces the classification of stone carving, processing technology, manual processing technology of stone carving products, and summarizes the development of stone carving machinery in China. According to the current situation and development trend of stone machinery in China, the stone engraving machine is introduced. The engraving machine designed for this time is mainly used for marble and granite engraving. This machine is suitable for various kinds of granite, marble and other plates. It can process granite plates, stone platforms, various specifications and other stone crafts blanks with thickness of 10mm or more. The machine control system also equipped with the stone carving optimization software, automatic analysis of the best engraving of the slate, and input the established data, automatic carving.
