毛泽东政治能力观研究.pdf

摘 要 政治建设，是中国共产党自身建设中的重要内容。党的十八大以来，中国共 产党对于政治建设做出了新的探索。当前，在党的建设总布局中党的政治建设放 在首位。加强党的政治建设，必须提高政治能力。毛泽东作为党内重要的理论家， 对于政治能力也非常重视。 毛泽东关于政治建设的相关论述有很多，本文尝试着总结提炼毛泽东的政治 能力观。本文从毛泽东个人角度、革命形势的客观要求出发，阐明毛泽东政治能 力观的生成逻辑。进而论述毛泽东对政治能力科学内涵的认识，从把握方向、坚 定立场、防范风险、严守纪律、实现团结五个维度进行研究与概括，由此得出毛 泽东政治能力观中关于提高政治能力的实践路径。这个实践路径就是必须加强理 论学习、严格党内生活、注重调查研究的三大内容。这对于今天党员领导干部提 高政治能力，有着十分重要的意义。 理论的传承与创新，其根本动力就是去回答不断出现的新问题，去解决不断 发生的新问题。发现问题出现的新特点，分析问题的历史变革，解决问题的尝试 与成功，就是毛泽东政治能力观一以贯之的方法论。只有从过去的经验与教训中 得出智慧，再加以变通与创新，才能应对不断变化的时局，真正加强党员领导干 部的政治能力，从而建设好一个政党，乃至于一个国家和一个伟大的新时代。 关键词：毛泽东；政治能力观；党的建设；政治建设 Abstract Political construction is an important part of the whole system of CPC.New discoveries are found after the 18th National congress of the Commuist Party conference.Today,political construction comes first.During the process,political abilities must be improved,meanwhile,great importance has been attached by MaoZeDong. In this paper,I try to summarize Mao’s view on political abilities.As a politician,under the request of difficult conditions,I try to make it clear that the logic of the view.The view contains five aspects,which are finding the right directions,taking stands firmly,avoiding the risks,obeying principals and getting together.The way to improve political abilities covers learning theories,attending meetingsandpayingattentionto studies. The meaning of creation is to solve new problems,which is also the spirit of the thinking method of Mao.Only if every member of CPC keeps improving political abilitieswillbuildabetterparty,country andnew era.
