中国科技论文在线 关于我国上市公司社会责任信息披露的市 场反应的实证研究 江柳乐，彭晓峰** 5 （北京邮电大学经济管理学院） 摘要：迄今为止，国内外学者对上市公司社会责任信息披露的研究大多集中于对上市公司社 会责任信息披露现状的描述性分析，或者简单地从企业社会责任信息披露的动因、内容、特 点、方式等方面进行阐述，均没有对企业社会责任信息披露决定因素，以及市场反应等深层 10 次问题进行全面研究，因此，关于我国上市公司社会责任信息披露的研究可以据此深入和拓 展。本文以我国已有的企业社会责任信息披露的研究文献为基础，对企业社会责任信息的缘 起、发展做了简要介绍，以20 11 年在上海证券交易所上市的A 股公司为样本，对我国上市 公司社会责任信息披露程度以及上市公司社会责任信息披露的市场反应进行了实证研究。本 研究通过实证检验证实了公司绩效、行业属性、规模以及企业性质是影响我国上市公司社会 15 责任信息披露的重要因素，上市公司社会责任信息的披露与公司价值存在显著相关性。 关键词：企业社会责任；上市公司；市场反应 中图分类号：F270 A Empirical Study of Market Response of Corporate Social 20 Responsibility Information Disclosure in China Jiang Liule, Peng Xiaofeng (School of Economics and Management,Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunicaitons) Abstract: So far, most of the studies of corporate social responsibility information disclosure (CSRID) which were made by scholars both home and abroad have centered in CSRID’s 25 descriptive analysis current situation. Others only simply elaborate CSRID’s drivers, contents, features, modes and so on. Most of them hasn’t systematically analysed deep-rooted facers of CSRID such as the deciding factors and the market reaction. So, the research on CSRID could be more depth and development.This paper which on the basis of the related literature about CSRID give a brief introduction of CSRID’s origin and development, review and summarize CSRID’s 30 contemns, ways, existence condition, influential factors.
