火电行业能效水平对标分析 张拓 （中北大学 朔州校区，山西 朔州 036000 ） 摘要 ：能效对标指企业为提高能效水平，与国际国内同行业先进企业能效指标进行对比分析，确 定标杆，通过管理和采取技术措施，达到标杆或更高能效水平的节能实践活动。本文将对标管理 理念与方法引入火电企业能效水平的对标工作当中，建立全面的、独立性强及具有代表性的火电 企业能效对标指标体系，指导山西省内各在运火电企业有针对性的开展能效对标活动，以缩小山 西省火电企业与国际国内先进电厂之间的能效水平差距。提出了火电企业提高能效水平的主要措 施，并分析了“十二五”期间山西省火电行业的节能潜力。 关键字 ：能效对标；火电企业；指标体系；节能潜力 Energy efficiency benchmarking of the power plant Zhang Tuo （North University of China,, Shuozhou,Shuozhou 036000 , Shanxi , China ） Abstract ：The energy efficiency benchmarking is a practical energy conservation activity in which the power plants can achieve benchmark or higher level of energy efficiency by effective management and technical measures after analyzing the more efficient and advanced indexes of the domestic and international power plants. In this paper ，the concept and method of benchmarking management are introduced into the benchmarking energy conservation activity. A comprehensive and independent energy efficiency standard index system is expected to be built to instruct the energy conservation activity in Shaanxi, aiming at narrowing the gap between the local power plants and their more advanced counterparts domestic and abroad. Meanwhile, the main measures of improving the energy efficiency are proposed, and the author also analyzes the energy saving potential of Shaanxi power plants in the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan ”.
