学院 毕业设计 题 目 苏州新区某轻工业厂房设计 专 业 土木工程 学 号 班 级 XX级本科 姓 名 XX 指 导 XX 2015年05月 PAGE PAGE # 本次毕业设计为工业厂房设计，主体 4层，抗震设防烈度为6度。本设计主要分为建 筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑设计是在总体规划的前提下，根据设计任务书的要求，综 合考虑基地环境、使用功能、综合选型、施工、材料、建筑设备、建筑艺术及经济等。从 整体入手，力求创造一个新颖大方的建筑，在建筑处理手法上强调车间的特点同时考虑到 场地要求、绿化设施、其它功能要求，以及周围建筑物的影响，设计时采用矩型。在这一 部分内容中，考虑到当今能源的紧缺，建筑节能也逐渐成为了一种发展趋势，因此在本次 设计过程中也进行了节能设计。 结构设计是在建筑物初步设计的基础上确定结构方案；选择合理的结构体系；进行结 构布置，并初步估算，确定结构构件尺寸，进行结构计算。本设计采用钢筋混凝土现浇框 架结构，基础采用柱下独立基础，承重体系为横向承重框架体系。还进行了基础及楼梯的 设计.在截面设计中为了得到一个较优的截面尺寸，提高设计的经济性在初选截面尺寸时 进行了比选构件截面尺寸。最后还借助于 PKPM软件，对整个结构体系进行了电算。 关键词：工业厂房，建筑设计，结构设计， ABSTRACT The graduati on desig n for in dustrial build ing desig n, main body 4 layer, the seismic fortificati on in ten sity is 6 degrees. The desig n con sists of architectural desig n and structural desig n of two parts. The architectural desig n is on the premise of overall pla nning, accord ing to the requirements of the mission design, considering the base environment, use function, comprehe nsive selecti on, con struct ion, materials, con struct ion equipme nt, architectural art and economy.
