城市规划发展趋势--可持续发展 【摘要】随着经济的高速发展，信息化时代的到来，我国的城市规划也进入了一个新的发展阶段。本文就目前城市规划的现状作了系统梳理，针对目前城市建设中人口众多，许多资源相对短缺，经济建设过程中面临沉重的资源环境压力同时对现代化城市规划的发展趋势作了粗浅探讨，以期能够提供一些新的启发和思路。城市规划应该以保护环境作为前提条件，以追求和谐作为基本的准则，以人性化作为核心的价值取向。有鉴于此，可持续发展战略的最终目标，不仅在于经济的持续发展和社会的全面进步，而且在于人的全面发展。可持续发展战略的中心是人，落脚点在于促进人的全面发展。从可持续发展的观念出发，探索与之相适应的城市规划的理论和方法，以城市为首要环节，保证实现城市社会、经济、人口、资源、环境的协调发展。 【关键词】城市规划 生态城市 发展趋势 可持续发展 【英文翻译】With the high speed development of economy, the arrival of the information age, Chinas urban planning has entered a new stage of development. This paper on the present situation of urban planning the system comb, in view of the present construction of city population, many resources relative shortage, economic construction process faced heavy pressure on resources and environment, and the modern city planning and the developing trend of shallow discussion, in order to can provide some new inspiration and ideas.
