GPS 技术在地籍测量中的应用研究 摘要 GPS 卫星定位技术的迅速发展，给测绘工作带来了革命性的变化，也给地籍 测量工作，特别是地籍控制测量工作带来了巨大的影响。应用 GPS 进行地籍控制 测量，点与点之间不要求互相通视，这样避免了常规地藉测量控制时，控制点位 选取的局限条件，并且布设成 GPS 网状结构对GPS 网精度的影响也甚小。由于GPS 技术具有布点灵活、全天候观测、观测及计算速度快、精度高等优点，使 GPS 技 术在国内各省市的城镇地籍控制测量中得以广泛应用。 地籍细部测量是地籍调查不可分割的组成部分，目的是测定每宗土地的权属 界址点、线、位置、形状及数量等。由地籍调查规程所知，在地籍平面控制测量 基础上的地籍细部测量，对于城镇街坊外围界址点及街坊内明显的界址点间距允 许误差为 10 cm，城镇街坊内部隐蔽界址点及村庄内部界址点间距允许误差为 15 cm。利用GPS RTK 技术完全能满足上述精度要求，建议在适合布设 GPS 点的部分 测区使用该项技术。 关键字：地籍测量；GPS；RTK；控制网 i GPS 技术在地籍测量中的应用研究 ABSTRACT The rapid development of GPS satellite positioning technology ， brought the surveying and mapping work revolutionary change， also gave cadastral surveying ， especially brought cadastral control measurement work tremendous influence.
