There are three basic covers【基本险】, namely, Free From Particular Average (FPA)【平安险】（单独海损不赔险）, With Particular Average (WPA)【水渍险】（单独海损赔偿险） and All Risks【一切险】. Besides these, the buyer or the seller can also cover insurance against additional extra risks【特殊附加险别】 according to the nature of the goods and packing. ;Free from Particular Average; This insurance covers wider than WPA.
