ABSTRACT
CephradinewhichhasaliassuchasVanguardADMVI,cephalosporinsⅥ,andso
on.Thisproductisthefirstgenerationofsemi-syntheticcephalosporin.There
sultshowsthattheeffectofantibacterialissimilarwithcephalexins.Cephra
dineisthefirstgenerationcephalosporinantibiotic,thedrugissuccessfully
developedfirstbythepanyofSquibblocatesinUSwhichproducedthecephalospor
insthatcannotonlybetakenorallybutalsobeitwasdeveloped,thisproductiswi
delyusedinhumanmedicineclinicalbecauseoftheirexcellentantibacterialac
tivityandpharmacokineticcharacteristicswhichapplicabletogoodscausedby
infectionandpreventionofavarietyofpostoperativeinfection.In2002,Cephr
adinewasapprovedtobeusedintheveterinaryclinicbyMinistryofAgriculture,
andtheinitialvaluedisplayintheanimalduetotheclinicalapplicationisvery
large.
Thisdesignisadetailedstudybasedonthebulkdrugsworkshopdesigne
dtocephalosporinsthatpullscheduledproduction,anditisalsoaprelimin
arydesignaboutcephalosporinRivetbulkdrugstothesituationonthegrou
ndandnaturalfactors,economicfactors,thisdesignmakesXiningCityfort
hesiteandplansthelayoutandsizeofthepharmaceuticalpaniessothatitwi
llequippedwiththepharmaceuticalnature,transportationandhumanconve
nience.AccordingtothenaturalsituationinXiningCity,thepharmaceutic
alinternallayoutplanthatitshouldhaveentirepharmaceuticallivingare
a,productionarea,administrativeandancillaryfacilitiesarea.Thelayo
utoftheworkshopisinlinewiththeprincipleofproductionoptimization,a
ndinstrictaccordancewiththerequirementsoftheCMPdesign.SmoothCephr
adineproductionofbulkdrugs.
