1.采用半定量分级评分方法来评估肝细胞脂肪变性及炎性坏死。评分标准：0分，没有脂肪变性，坏死；1分，轻度脂肪变性，坏死；2分，中度脂肪变性，坏死；3分，严重的脂肪变性，坏死。肝纤维化的评定标准：0级，正常肝脏；1级，胶原增多，无间隔形成；2级：不完全间隔形成(间隔彼此不相连)；3级：完全间隔形成，但间隔较细；4级：较厚的完全纤维间隔形成(完全硬化)。 Score criteria are the following: score 0 means no fatty degeneration, and necrosis, score 1 means mild fatty degeneration and necrosis, score 2 means moderate fatty degeneration and necrosis, and score 3 means severe fatty degeneration and necrosis.
