基于行为分析的深圳保障性住区户外公共空间调查与优化策略研究 摘 要 既有研究表明保障性住区存在特定人群特征与居住需求，其户外公共空间存在 供给与需求不匹配的问题，包括户外空间景观化、功能与设施配给不足、人均活动 场地面积偏小等问题。这些问题一定程度上影响了居民的居民生活质量和居住满意 度。本研究以保障性住区内的户外公共空间为研究对象，聚焦于居民时空间行为与 户外空间关系，围绕着如何提升保障性住区户外空间供给与需求的问题展开。 研究在对深圳保障性住房项目进行普查式调研的基础上，对住区户外公共空间 进行分类，并分析不同类型户外公共空间的问题。为了解居民在保障性住区内及周 边邻里的活动情况，选择一定规模且具有保障性住房典型特征的金穗花园为调研案 例，采用手持GPS 定位仪获取居民日常户外活动数据与问卷获取主观户外活动意愿 的方式，分析得出居民在住区内及周边邻里活动特征，并得出主要静态活动存在于 住区内部这一结论。为进一步研究住区内部户外公共空间的使用情况，遴选出龙悦 居、金穗花园及深康村三个小区做对比分析。采用行为观察法对其居民户外活动行 为进行记录、满意度问卷获取其主观评价和需求，通过分析得出保障性住区内户外 空间的现状问题及居民需求。最后提出保障性住区户外公共空间相应的优化策略。 关键词：保障性住房；户外公共空间；供需关系；行为观察法；GPS 定位技术； Ⅰ Researchontheinvestigationandoptimization——Strategyof outdoor public spacein Shenzhenaffordableresidentialareasbasedon behavioranalysis Abstract Existingresearchshowsthattherearespecificpopulationcharacteristicsandresidential needs in affordable settlements, and the outdoor public space has problems of supply and demand mismatch, including outdoor space landscaping, insufficient function and facility allocation,andsmallpercapitaactivityvenues.Theseproblemshaveaffectedtheresidents qualityoflifeandresidentialsatisfactiontoacertainextent.Thisstudytakesoutdoorpublic space in affordable residential areas as the research object, focuses on the relationship between residents spatial behavior and outdoor space, and focuses on how to improve the supplyanddemandofoutdoorspaceinaffordableresidentialareas.
