基于BBS 特征点的改进型线性模板匹配算法研究 摘 要 模板匹配是图形处理研究中的主要内容之一，在机器视觉、医学图像等诸多领域 中有着重要的应用。当图像中的目标出现旋转、光照不均匀、视角变化和部分遮挡的 情况时，现有的模板匹配方法很难匹配出准确的结果，因而寻找效果更佳的模板匹配 方法是一个有意义的研究问题。 在现有的多种基于特征点的模板匹配方法中，使用线性规划的模板匹配方法在目 标出现旋转和光照不均匀的情况下模板匹配效果较好，但它在目标出现局部形变和部 分遮挡时模板匹配稳定性会急剧下降。因此，为了提高稳定性，本文提出了使用线性 规划模板匹配的一种改进方法。仿真实验表明，即使在目标出现局部形变和部分遮挡 的情况下，改进的算法依然具有很好的鲁棒性。本论文的主要工作包括： 1)研究了利用图像BBS (Best-Buddies Similarity)特征点的模板匹配算法。在背 景杂点较多、目标出现部分遮挡时，使用现有的特征点进行模板匹配得到的结果不太 理想。因此提出了使用 BBS 特征点进行模板匹配，通过仿真实验验证了 BBS 特征点的 匹配方法能很好去除杂点，而且该方法模板匹配的速度较快。 2)改进了原有的使用线性规划的特征点匹配算法，改进后的算法能有效解决目标 出现局部形变和部分遮挡时的匹配问题。虽然现有使用线性规划的模板匹配方法能够 准确、快速的完成模板特征点和目标特征点的匹配，但是在局部形变和部分遮挡的情 况下，现有方法的匹配结果却不够稳定。改进后的算法不仅具有仿射不变性，而且在 目标出现局部形变和部分遮挡的情况下，模板匹配结果更好。 本文通过仿真实验验证了改进后的算法在目标出现旋转、光照以及局部形变和部 分遮挡的情况下，依然能得到可靠的匹配结果。与原有使用线性规划的模板匹配算法 相比，改进后的算法在目标部分遮挡的情况下能得到更好的匹配结果。 关键词：模板匹配；特征点；线性规划；仿射不变性 I Research on template matching algorithm based on feature points Abstract Template matching is one of the main contents in graphics processing research, and has important applications in many fields such as machine vision and medical images.
