摘要 摘 要 中国特色社会主义进入新时代，法治的地位被提高了前所未有的新高度。公民的法律 素养是影响全面依法治国实践进程和社会治理成效的重要因素。然而，法制教育是提高公 民法制素养的有效手段，具有举足轻重的作用。中职学生作为具备工匠精神的技能型人才 的 “后备军”，肩负着建设国家的重任。同时中职学生具有群体数量大、教育形式特殊等 特征。其法律素养的高低是影响全面依法治国进程的关键因素之一。因此，国家、社会和 中职学校应该高度重视对学生的法律素养的培养。本文通过文献分析法深入研究国内外现 有研究成果，厘清相关概念的关系，准确定义中职学生法律素养培养的基本概念和主要内 容。运用问卷调查法和访谈法，对济宁市典型的中职学校法制教育现状进行调查，着力探 讨中职学生法律素养培养过程中存在的问题，深入分析原因，就提升中职学生法律素养和 加强中职学校法制教育问题提出针对性对策和建议。 本文通过实地调研发现，中职学生法律素养培养过程存在一些值得关注的问题，主要 表现在系统性法制教育缺位、法律素养培养方式方法单一等。导致上述问题的原因是多方 面的，既有外部社会环境因素、家庭教育因素和学校教育因素，同时也有学生自身因素。 因此，解决这些问题，必须提出具体的改进对策。如转变中职学校法制教育理念，提高中 职学校对中职学生法律素养的重视程度，建立科学的法律素养培养体系，打造专业的教师 队伍，倡导构建学校、家庭、社会 “三位一体”的法律素养培养机制等，以提高中职学校 法制教育的实效性，从而更为有效地提高中职学生的法律素养。 关键词：中职学生；法制教育；法律素养 I Abstract Abstract AssocialismwithChinesecharacteristicshasenteredanewera,thestatusoftheruleoflaw has been raised to an unprecedented new height.
