摘 要 商住楼邯郸市区南部，光明大街西侧原光明饮料厂内，地上29层，地下1层，建筑高度87.0m，结构形式拟采用剪力墙结构，地基基础设计等级均为乙级。基坑深度10m。 通过对拟建场地的工程地质条件分析，地下水位较浅，采用挡水措施。由于基坑深度不大，因此可试着考虑采用较简单的基坑支护措施，以保证基础正常施工和主体地下结构的安全和周围建筑物不受损害。 在本次基坑支护设计过程中，考虑到施工经济等原因，根据场地的土层条件及邯郸市类似基坑工程的经验，为保证基坑的稳定性及尽量节省投资，对基坑壁先进行了等级划分，对不同等级的基坑壁拟采用不同的支护方案。先后分析了两种方案：1.悬臂桩支护；2.悬臂桩加锚杆支护；3.土钉墙支护。由于基坑较深，计算得出悬臂桩变形和位移较大并且配筋很不经济，所以被排除。悬臂桩加锚杆的方案中，可附加单排水泥土挡墙起挡水的作用。除北侧基坑壁等级为二级外，其余皆为一级，因此除北侧外采用了相同的支护方案。 关键词：土钉墙 单支点排桩 基坑支护 Abstract Proposed composite commercial residential buildings in Handan City, Rochester head Handan urban south, the west side of the street bright light drinks factory, 29 of the ground, underground floor, building height 87.0 m, the form of a shear wall of the structure, the foundation design class Category B are.
