慢性乙型肝炎重叠感染HAV HEM临 床对比分析 【关键词】 慢性乙型肝炎；甲型肝炎 病毒；戊型肝炎病毒；重叠感染 摘要：目的：探讨慢性乙型肝炎重叠 HAV HEV?染的临床特点及对病情转归的影响。 方法：对慢性乙型肝炎重叠 HAV HEV感染 患者进行肝功能检测及统计 TSB ALT恢复 正常天数并与单纯慢性乙型肝炎进行对照 分析。结果：重叠感染 HAV HEV患者慢性 肝炎重度、慢性重型肝炎例数均明显高于单 纯慢性乙型肝炎；血清 TSB ALT水平及恢 复正常天数均高于单纯慢性乙型肝炎。 结论： 慢性乙型肝炎重叠HAV HEV感染后病情趋 向重症化，病程延长。 关键词： 慢性乙型肝炎； 甲型肝炎病 毒；戊型肝炎病毒； 重叠感染 Analysis of Clinical Charactristic in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis B Sperinfection Hepatitis A and E Virus Abstract : Objective: To study the effects of the chronic hepatitis B superinfection hepatitis A virus and hepatitis E virus on the clinical characteristic and recovery. Method: The indexes of liver functions in the patients of the chronic hepatitis B superinfection hepatitis A virus and hepatitis E virus were examined. The recovery normal days of TSB and ALT in patients were counted. Result: The numbers of cases of chronic hepatitis B severe type and fulminant hepatitis in the superinfection groups were significantly higher than in the chronic hepatitis B group. TSB and ALT were significantly higher. The course of the disease were significantly longer. Conclusion: The disease tend to severity, while the chronic hepatitis B are superinfeceted hepatitis A and E virus and the course of the disease is relatively longer.
