西红柿节 La Tomatina When is La Tomatina? La Tomatina is on the last Wednesday in August every year. It starts at 11:00 and ends one hour later. Where is La Tomatina?  La Tomatina is held in the town of Bunol. The orign of LA tomatina La Tomatina began in 1944 or 1945. No one is completely certain how this event started. Some of the possible theories are: 1. a brawl (吵架，打架) near a grocery store 2. a joke (玩笑) on a bad musician 3. a school food fight What can people do? 1. wear safety goggles 2. squish the tomatoes 3. throw the tomatoes 4. clean up How to make a tomato rabbit Choose an oval cherry tomato. Cut it into two parts. A big part and a small part. Cut the small part into half to make the rabbit’s ears. Find the 1/3 way of the big part and cut in. Don’t cut to the very end.
