Now let’s begin. 2. 　下面是政协委员分析国内市场太阳能使用现状的讲话。　　我们中国出口的太阳能，占世界贸易额的50%以上，而我们中国国内生产的太阳能，有90%出口到国外，只有10%是留在国内应用。所以，业内有人士提出，希望中国能够启动国内的太阳能市场。为什么中国的太阳能能够迅速地发展，并且大部分产品是出口到国外呢？主要是因为欧盟和其它一些西方国家，对发展太阳能有政府补助的政策。//　　而国内太阳能市场确实目前启动地不够，到现在我们总的太阳能装机才只有220万千瓦，和我们4.5亿千瓦的总装机相比，几乎是微乎其微，除下来连1%可能都远远不到。原因有多种，一是目前太阳能的电价还是远远高于其它能源。去年年底以前，按照国家发改委价格司的规定，建的太阳能电厂上网电价是1.15元，今年就改成1元了。这1.15元和火电、水电、核电甚至与风电相比，价格都是高的。目前我们风电价格一度电平均价格大概是0.57元左右。但太阳能搞到去年的1.15元，今年1元，仍然是比较高的，也就是说需要国家更多的补助，这是一个现实情况。
