《办公自动化系统管理系统》论文 摘 要 随着信息技术的飞速发展和日趋激烈的商业竞争，企业已不再满足于独立、零散的办公自动化应用，企业需要的是协同工作、综合、集成化的解决方案。而网络技术的发展是解决信息交流不畅、协商沟通不便的办公瓶颈问题的最佳方式。企业网上办公自动化通过对各办公自动化的整合，实现了工作、信息、知识、办公自动化系统的整合管理，了一个科学、开放、先进的信息化办公平台，实现办公自动化，并进行远程办公。企业网上办公自动化将从繁琐、无序、低序、代端的工作中解放出来从事核心事务，整体提高了单位办事效率和对信息的可控性，降低办公成本，提高执行力，使管理趋于完善。 传统的办公方式极大地束缚了人的创造力和想象力，埋没了人的智慧和潜能，使人们耗费了大量的时间和精力去手工处理那些繁杂、重复的工作，手工处理的延时和差错，正是现代化管理中应该去除的弊端。用先进的、现代化的工具代替手工作业，无疑是生产力发展的方向。办公自动化对传统办公方式的变革，正是适应了人们的普遍需求，也顺应了技术发展的潮流，自然成为业界追求的目标。 运用Internet和ASP开发技术，采用Browser/Server(浏览器用及服务器)模式，建立一个基于Web的办公自动化系统。本系统实现了用户登陆,人力资源管理，文件管理等功能。其中工作计划模块用于建立一个人事信息档案，可以进行添加，删除和查询，还可以对文件进行统一管理，统一发文，实现无纸化发放文件，提高工作效率，节约资源，加强对信息管理的自动化。 关键词：办公自动化管理、ADO连接、数据源、办公管理 “Based on WEB office automation management system” Paper Along with the information technology rapid development and the intense commercial competition , the enterprise no longer satisfies independently , the scattered office automation application , the enterprise needs is day by day the joint operation , the synthesis , the integrated solution .
