摘要 现代计算机技术的进步，使医院信息化已经成为现代医院改革与发展的重要方 向。由于信息自动化的日趋重要，使利用计算机提高医院的日常工作效率已经成为各 医院改革的迫切需求。电子病历管理系统是实现对病历有效管理的一个平台。为了满 足电子病历管理系统的性能要求，实现系统的各个方面的问题，系统采用 Visual Basic 和 SQL Server2000 数据库相结合的开发模式。 论文首先论述了系统的开发背景和设计目标，并对系统开发所采用的技术进行相 应的简单介绍。在系统分析中，对系统的模型进行简单分析，明确系统的操作流程， 并对系统进行可行性分析，确定在目前的条件下，开发电子病历管理系统是可行的。 在需求分析结果的基础上，对系统的功能模块进行划分。接着对系统中的数据库进行 模型设计，包括数据流图、实体联系图及数据表结构。最后给出了系统中模块的详细 设计与实现，并对系统模块涉及到的关键源代码进行了详细的分析。 经过系统调试运行后表明，系统可以满足用户对电子病历管理系统的各项要求。 关 键 词 ： 电 子 病 历 管 理 系 统 ， Visual Basic ， 信 息 管 理 ABSTRACT With the adva nceme nt of computer tech no logy, hospital in formatio n has become an importa nt directi on to make hospital in formatio n in the moder n econo mic reform and deve-- lopme nt.Because the in formati on automatio n has become more and more importa nt, wen eed this system to improve the hospitals daily efficiency urgently. The electronic case historyma nageme nt system of hospital is a platform to man age the hospital activities effectively. To satisfy the performanee requirements of the electronic case historyma nageme nt system and realize the various aspects of the problem, the system uses Visual Basic comb ining with SQL Server 2000 database as the developme nt model. And we have lear ned the problem of the existi ng system, and the n proposed a soluti on. In the final chapter of the thesis, we con duct a feasibility analysis to find that the development of production management system is feasible on the curre nt con diti ons.
