绿色装配式建筑的发展历程、现状及对策-建筑经济论文-经济学论文 ——文章均为WORD文档，下载后可直接编辑使用亦可打印—— 　　摘 要：　建筑业在促进我国经济持续健康发展、提高城镇化水平过程中起着重要作用，而巨大的资源、环境压力阻碍了传统建筑行业的可持续发展。近年来，作为建筑产业现代化核心的装配式混凝土结构体系，是一种典型的绿色建筑模式。装配式建筑是推动建筑业转型升级、绿色发展的关键，对建筑工业化建设有着重要意义。本文梳理装配式建筑的发展历程，阐述其发展现状，从绿色建筑的角度，分析其发展过程中存在的问题，包括：政策支持力度不够，顶层设计落后；技术标准体系不健全，标准化程度低；产业不成熟，产业管理不完善；建筑工程成本高，前期投入大。基于此，提出以下创新策略:制定、完善国家相关政策;构建完善的技术标准体系;加强行业管理，优化产业管理模式;抓重点扩规模，降低以下装配式建筑成本。 　　关键词：　装配式建筑; 现状; 问题; 策略; 　　Abstract：　The construction industry plays an important role in promoting the sustainable and healthy development of Chinas economy and improving the level of urbanization, while the traditional construction industry has huge resource and environmental pressure, which is adverse to the sustainable development of the industry. In recent years, as the core of the modernization of the construction industry, the fabricated concrete structure system is a typical green building model. Prefabricated building is the key to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry and green development, which is of great significance to the construction industrialization. In this paper, the development process of prefabricated buildings is summarized, and the current situation of their development is expounded. From the perspective of green buildings, problems existing in their development process are analyzed, including insufficient policy support and backward top-level design; imperfect technical standard system and low standardization level; immature industry and imperfect industry management; high construction project cost and large initial investment. Based on this, innovative strategies are put forward: formulating and improving relevant national policies; establishing a perfect technical standard system; strengthening industrial management and optimizing industrial management mode; and focusing on expanding the scale and reducing the cost of prefabricated construction. 　　Keyword：　prefabricated building; current situation; problem; str
