Great is the sun, and wide he goes
Through empty heave n with repose;
And in the blue and glow ing days
More thick tha n rai n he showers his rays.
太阳气势恢宏普照大地，
悠闲穿越空旷寂静天际。
在湛蓝晴空灼热日光里，
倾泻的阳光比雨丝浓密。
Though closer still the bli nds we pull
To keep the shady parlor cool,
Yet he will find a chi nk or two
To slip his golde n fin gers through.
虽把窗帘拉得严严实实，
为要保客厅凉爽有荫庇。
它总会找到一二处缝隙，
偷偷伸进它金色的手指。
The dusty attic spider-clad
He, through the keyhole, makes glad;
And through the broke n edge of tiles
Into the laddered hay-loft smiles.
阁楼里蜘蛛网尘埃满地， 它钻进锁孔心有多欢喜，
