普通本科毕业设计 题目：劳务人员社保管理的设计与实现 PAGE PAGE # 社保管理在当今社会的人力资源公司中是必不可少的一部分。人力资 源公司通过各种信息化系统优化社保管理的流程。 本文在研究传统的小规模企业采用人工的方式进行劳务派遣信息管理 的基础上，从人力资源公司的实际出发，阐述了一个功能完善的劳务派遣 系统中的劳务人员社保管理模块。此系统采用经典的B/S （浏览器/服务器） 结构，主要使用java语言，JSP, javascript 等技术进行开发，本系统可 以在Windows XP Windows 2000和Linux操作系统上运行。本文根据软件 工程开发过程知识，对劳务人员社保管理模块的需求、设计、实现方面进 行了详细阐述。经过需求分析、设计、编码、测试等工作，系统实现了劳 务人员社保管理中的新增保，单月社保缴费等功能。 本系统运行结果稳定，界面友好，操作简单，比较实用。试用后发现 本系统适合规模小的企业，能够很好的处理相关的信息。 【关键词】社保管理系统劳务人员劳务派遣 Abstract At present, social security management is an essential part in the human resourcesmanagement of a company. All kinds of information systems have bee n utilized to optimized the processes of social security man ageme nt. On the basis of research on traditional Labor Dispatch information man ageme nt, the paper elaborates the labor social security man ageme nt module of the Labor Dispatch System which is perfect in function. Based on Classic B/S architecture, the system was developed with java Ianguage , development tech niq ues of JSP, javascriptetc .The system can be run on Operati on Systems of Windows XP, Windows 2000 and Linux . According to the knowledge of software developme nt process, the paper elaborates the aspects of requireme nts, design and implementation of the labor social security module. Through the works of requireme nts an alysis, desig n, cod ing and test, the functions of add ing social security and social security Payme nt by month has bee n realized. With user-frie ndly in terfaces, the system is of high utility, can be operated easily and run steadily.
