学海无涯苦作舟! 学海无涯苦作舟! 学海无涯苦作舟! 学海无涯苦作舟! 摘要 本课题提出了一种使用LLC串并联谐振变换器和二倍压整流滤波电路相结合的方式作为 微波炉地供电电源的设计方案，这种软开关电源可以代替以往的线性电源。用 LLC串并联谐 振变换器设计微波炉的供电电源，可以使微波炉的体积小、重量轻、效率高。 本课题综合分析了微波炉的发展历史和微波炉专用电源的发展现状，并对微波炉的原理 进行分析，介绍了磁控管的工作原理。选择LLC串并联谐振变换电路作为微波炉电源主电路， 并对LLC电源主电路模型分析。在分析了 LLC电路工作原理的基础上，设计了谐振网络、开 关管、整流滤波电路以及变压器的各参数。使微波炉能够工作在连续稳定功率可调的范围之 内。 本课题对微波炉的控制电路进行了相关设计， 以单片机PIC30F2020为核心，设计了微波 炉控制电路的硬件部分和软件部分。 最后，应用软件SABER对LLC谐振变换部分进行仿真， 仿真结果验证了理论分析的正确性。 关键词LLC谐振变换器微波炉SABER磁控管 Abstract Use this topic proposed a LLC, a series-parallel resonant converter and voltage doubling rectifyi ng filter circuit is a comb in ati on of a microwave power supply desig n scheme, the soft switch ing power supply can be in stead of the previous lin ear power supply. This topic comprehensively analyzed the development history of microwave oven and microwave ove n dedicated power supply developme nt prese nt situati on, and an alyzes the prin ciple of microwave oven, introduces the working principle of magnetron.
