本科生毕业论文学位论文（设计） 学 士 学 位 论 文 赣江流域水资源问题及研究对策 教学学院 地理与规划学院 届 别 专 业 地理科学 学 号 姓 名 指导教师 完成日期 20 年 5月10号 PAGE PAGE 18 摘 要 水是一种特殊的资源，它既是国民经济的命脉，又是维持地球生态平衡重要因素，而生态环境则是人类生存与发展的基础。是我们人类社会发展不可或缺的物质基础，是维持人类生存和社会经济发展的基础性资源，是一个国家综合国力的有机组成部分。水资源同时具有经济价值和社会价值的重要自然资源，对维持生态环境和进行社会生产过程中具有不可替代的地位和作用。长期以来，人们在追求社会经济高速发展的同时往往以牺牲资源和环境为代价，在研究水资源问题及其研究对策上我们既不能忽视当地的经济发展也不能直接无视环境的污染以及生态环境的破坏。这其中包括我们水资源的合理配置，以及水资源的开发利用的一些问题。因此，国内外研究学者在此领域作了不少研究，但鉴于水资源与生态环境涉及到生态学、环境科学、水文学、气象学等多学科，许多基本理论和研究方法仍有待进一步研究。 本研究针对赣江流域水资源开发利用出现的问题，并结合国内外对该问题的研究现状及其研究成果提出相应的研究对策，并着实希望此论文能够为此流域着实带来一些好的方针，并实现可持续发展之路。 关键词：赣江流域 水资源 水资源问题及其研究对策 开发利用 ABSTRACT Water is a special kind of resources, it is the lifeblood of the national economy, is an important factor to maintain the earth the ecological balance, and the ecological environment is the basis of human survival and development.
