建筑工程管理中成本控制研究 摘要：随着我国市场经济的逐渐发展，建筑企业工程项目管理体制改革也不断的深 入，建筑业也发生率深刻的变化，工程项目管理水平的高低成为制约企业生存与发展的 第一要素。和很多其他行业一样，建筑企业的首要任务是实现利润的最大化，这就需要 企业采取合理的成本控制系统。本文首先从项目成本及成本控制的含义出发，综合分析 了项目成本控制的特点、原则。通过对金狮小区二期顺海组团项目的成本控制实例，对 工程项目成本分析方法进行实证分析和阐述，并从意识眼光、动态管理、考核机制等方 面提出了加强中铁建工集团西南公司成本控制的措施，展现了成功项目成本控制的重要 作用。 关键词：工程项目；管理；成本控制 Research on cost control in construction project management Abstract: with the gradual development of the market economy of our country, the construction enterprise project management system reform has been deepened, the construction industry is also changing rate of deep, the level of project management has become the first factor restricting the survival and development of enterprises.
