摘 要 数控技术是发展高新技术产业和尖端工业使用的最基本的装备。当今世界各 国机械制造业广泛应用数控技术以提高制造能力和水平、提高对动态多变市场 的适应能力和集中竞争能力大力发展以数控技术为核心的先进制造技术已成 为世界各发达国家加速经济发展、提高综合国力和国家地位的重要途径。 现在数控机床的拥有量和水平已成为衡量一个国家工业化的重要标志，因此 我国政府正积极采取各种有效措施大力发展我国的数控产业，把发展数控技术作 为振兴机械工业的重中之重。 本毕业论文首先介绍了数控技术的发展趋势及本论文研究的意义、背景并对 课题的内容与要求进行了综合的阐述接着阐述了复杂零件的加工工艺其中不 仅介绍了数控车削加工的相关内容还囊括了零件图的分析、工件的定位、工序的 确定、刀具的设计与选择以及工艺路线的制定等然后是在对本课题的零件进行 工艺分析编写加工程序,并对程序进行模拟仿真数控加工和对加工结果的检 验最后是本毕业设计的结论部分归纳和总结了该毕业设计的内容和过程。 关键词：数控技术、车削加工、加工工艺、程序编制。 Abstract The abstract numerical control technology is the development emerging high-tech industry and the state-of-art industry use technology and the most basic equipment.
