一则因为 ROUTER ID 冲突引起的故障实例： 一、配置：

二、故障现象：
ospf peer 不能建立， ping 对端地址不通； 端口重启仍不通。
用 dis ospf error 发现“ 28: HELLO: router id confusion ”。
