摘要
近年来，随着经济的腾飞，城市高层建筑物越来越多的出现在人们的视野当中，
在高层建筑物的全生命周期都要进行变形监测， 而变形监测的效果主要决定于技术方
法。变形监测技术的发展对于高层建筑物的变形监测技术的起到了极大的促进作用。
在阐述高层建筑变形监测的必要性与意义的基础上， 介绍了高层建筑物变形监测技术
方法的发展现状，最后对高层建筑物变形监测技术方法的未来发展进行了展望。

Abstract
In recent years, with the rapid economic growth, a growing number of urban
high-rise building appear in peoples vision of them, in the whole life cycle
of high-rise buildings deformation monitoring should be carried out, and the
effect of deformation monitoring is mainly determined by technical
methods.Deformation monitoring technology development for the deformation
monitoring of high-rise buildings played a great role in promoting.
Elaborating the necessity and significance of deformation monitoring of
high-rise buildings on the basis of the development of high-rise buildings
on the current situation deformation monitoring method was brief, and finally
on the future development of high-rise buildings deformation monitoring
technology and methods in the future.
