创业板IPO折价实证研究 经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 经典2019成稿 仅供参考 PAGE 第页 精心整理 仅供参考 勿用作商业用途 摘要 营运能力分析是企在日常经营活动过程中不可或缺的一部分，房地产行业的企业尚且如此，并且对其进行分析具有实际意义，但我国现在的企业仍然对营运能力分析没有给予足够的重视，与位于世界前列的企业相比较，我国的企业在这一方面还有很多不足之处。 本文根据营运能力的相关理论并结合案例研究，选取荣盛发展作为例子来分析我国房地产企业存在的一些问题，从其2014年到2018年的财务报告中收集相关的财务数据，通过对企业的营运能力的相关指标来研究分析企业资金的周转状况，财务状况以及盈利能力，最后对荣盛发展提出一些见解与建议。本文希望能够为我国的同行业企业提供帮助，能够帮助企业提高资金利用率、降低生产成本，提高企业的营运能力，从而提升企业的市场价值。 关键词：营运能力；荣盛发展；资产周转率 ABSTRACT 经典专科、本科、硕博、研究生、期刊毕业论文 经典2019成稿 仅供参考 ABSTRACT The study of operational ability is an important financial work in the daily management of enterprises, which is of practical significance to the study of operating ability of real estate enterprises.However, at present, the relevant research of most enterprises is still in the infancy, most enterprises do not have a thorough analysis of capital capacity, and lack of attention to the study of operational capacity. Based on the theory of operational capability, this paper combines case studies and selects Rongsheng Development as the research object, extracting relevant data from its financial reports in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018, through the adoption of current assets. Through the relevant indicators of the enterprises operating capacity to study and analyze the enterprises capital turnover, financial situation and profitability,research on the operational capabilities of enterprises, and finally put forward suggestions to improve the operational capabilities of Rongsheng. The article hopes to provide advice for companies to improve their operational capabilities, and to help companies make full use of assets, reduce production costs, improve the operational capabilities of enterprises, and thus enhance the market value of enterprises.
