二次备课
Step one: Warming-up
Make a conversation with the students about their holidays to review the simple past tense.
Summarize the students’ activities during the summer holiday and lead to the present tense by the simple past tense.
Step Two: presentation
Create a real situation to present the new words and phrase “proper”, “by the way”, “bell” and “volunteer”.
Listen to 1a and answer the following questions. Check the answers.
Where has Rita been?
Where has Jane been?
What about Maria?
3. Explain the differences between “have/has been to” and “have/has gone to”
Step Three
Listen to 1a again and finish 1b. Retell the dialog according to 1a, and talk about the children’s vacations experiences with “ have/ has gone to”
Underline the important and difficult language points in 1a.
Read 1a in groups and choose several groups to act it out.
Work in groups. Make up dialogs like 1a and act them out in pairs.
Step 4 Practice
Look at the pictures in 2 and fill in the blanks. Finish 2.
Practice the sentence patterns “have/ has been to” ,“have/ has gone to”
Step 5 Project
Make a survey about students’ holidays.
