早期跨痛阈主动功能锻炼在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用价值 赵丽 [摘要]目的 探討早期跨痛阈主动功能锻炼在股骨颈骨折患者中的应用价值。方法 选择20XX年1月～20XX年1月我院收治的股骨颈骨折患者80例，按照随机数字法分为两组，各40例。观察组护理实施本研究早期跨痛阈主动功能锻炼护理干预，对照组护理方法为常规护理，比较干预后1周两组下肢血管超声结果，干预后两组髋关节评分，整体恢复情况，如术后住院时间、术后拄拐行走时间及可弃拐独立行走时间。结果 超声结果显示，观察组患者干预后回流通畅的比例高于对照组，血管完全堵塞比例低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），观察组患者干预后的Harris评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），观察组患者术后住院时间短于对照组，术后拄拐行走时间及可弃拐独立行走时间早于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 针对股骨颈骨折患者术后实施早期早期跨痛阈主动功能锻炼护理干预，对改善减少血管堵塞，提高术后关节功能，促进术后恢复有重要意义。 [关键词]早期;跨痛阈主动功能锻炼;股骨颈骨折;术后;髋关节功能;术后恢复 [中图分类号] R687.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2020）7（c）-0093-04 Application value of early active functional exercise across pain threshold in patients with femoral neck fracture ZHAO Li Department of Disease Control and Prevention， Shenyang Orthopaedic Hospital， Liaoning Province， Shenyang 110044， China [Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of early active functional exercise across pain threshold with femoral neck fracture.
