捏脊联合体感振动音乐疗法治疗3～5岁生长迟缓患儿的效果 吴东亮 关楚翘 杜洁 潘全冠 [摘要]目的 探討捏脊联合体感振动音乐疗法（VAT）治疗3～5岁生长迟缓患儿的效果。方法 选取我院20XX年3月收治的80例3～5岁生长迟缓患儿为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=40）与观察组（n=40）。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组在对照组基础上应用捏脊联合VAT。比较两组患儿治疗前后不同时段的身高变化、运动功能改善及发育指数情况。结果 观察组患儿治疗后第3、6、9、12个月的身高均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患儿治疗前的运动功能水平、智能发育指数（MDI）与运动发育指数（PDI）水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组治疗后的粗大运动功能（GM）、精细运动功能（FM）水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组患儿治疗后的PDI、MDI水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对于生长迟缓儿童，在临床治疗中应用捏脊联合VAT可促进患儿身高增长，改善神经运动功能，保障患儿健康成长发育。 [关键词]捏脊;体感振动音乐疗法;生长迟缓;身高;运动功能水平 [中图分类号] R729 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2020）7（c）-0109-04 Effect of chiropractic combined with vibroacoustic therapy in the treatment of 3-5-year-old children with growth retardation WU Dong-liang GUAN Chu-qiao DU Jie PAN Quan-guan Department of Pediatric Internal Medicine， Huangpu People′s Hospital of Zhongshan City in Guangdong Province， Zhongshan 528429， China [Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of chiropractic combined with vibroacoustic therapy （VAT） in the treatment of 3-5-year-old children with growth retardation.
