精品文档（可编辑） 值得下载 154例米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止6―10周妊娠的临床效果观察 摘要：目的：探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止6-10周妊娠的临床效果。方法：选取我院门诊及住院部采用药物流产的154例孕妇为研究对象，对其采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止妊娠的临床资料进行回顾性分析，并对临床效果进行观察总结。结果：所有患者中流产总成功率约为94.16%。无孕产史孕妇流产完全率以及成功率均高于有孕产史孕妇，但其在胎囊排出时间以及出血量上均高于有孕产史孕妇，二者在完全流产率以及流产总成功率的比较上χ2分别为4.7691、14.3925，在胎囊排出时间、出血量的比较上t分别为2.3309、2.2497，p均0.05，差异具有统计学意义。总不良反应发生率约为3.90%。结论：米非司酮配伍米索前列醇对6-10周妊娠的孕妇行药物流产疗效确切、安全性高，具有较高的临床理论价值和实践意义。 关键词：米非司酮；米索前列醇；6-10周妊娠；临床效果 Abstract：Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol for termination of pregnancy of 6-10 weeks. Methods： 154 cases of pregnant women in our hospital outpatient and inpatient department were selected by drug abortion as the object of study， the clinical data of the use of Mifepristone with misoprostol for termination of pregnancy were analyzed retrospectively， and the clinical effects were observed and summarized. Results： all patients abortion total successful rate is about 94.16%. No pregnancy miscarriage rate and success rate was higher than that of complete with history of abnormal pregnancy pregnant women， but its discharge time in the gestational sac and bleeding amount were higher than those of a history of abnormal pregnancy pregnant women， two in the complete abortion rate and compare the total success rate of abortion on X - respectively 4.7691， 14.3925， in the fetal bursa eduction comparison of time， the amount of bleeding on the T were 2.3309， 2.2497， P 0.05， with significant difference. The total incidence of adverse reaction is about 3.90%.
