按摩五心穴在全麻患者促醒过程中的应用效果 邱凤敏 王戌萍 张文文 [摘要]目的 探讨按摩五心穴在全麻患者促醒中的应用效果。方法 将我院20XX年7月～20XX年12月60例接受手术全麻患者作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组30例（常规促醒方法），观察组30例（按摩五心穴方法），对比两组的苏醒评分、临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组清醒程度、肢体活动度、呼吸道通畅程度评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组舒张压、收缩压、心率低于对照组，氧饱和度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 对接受手术全麻患者采用按摩五心穴法，可改善其各项临床指标，减少并发症的发生，临床应用价值较高。 [关键词]按摩五心穴;全麻;促醒;并发症;临床指标 [中图分类号] R244.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2020）7（c）-0030-03 Application effect of massaging Wuxin acupoint in the process of awakening patients under general anesthesia QIU Feng-min WANG Xu-ping ZHANG Wen-wen Operating Room， Yudu County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine， Jiangxi Province， Yudu 342300， China [Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of massaging Wuxin acupoint in process of awakening patients with general anesthesia. Methods From July 20XX to December 20XX， 60 patients who underwent general anesthesia were selected as study subjects， and were divided into control group （30 patients， conventional method of awakening） and oberservation （30 patients， massage Wuxin acupoint） according to the method of random number table method. The resuscitation scores， clinical indicators and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of wakefulness， limb mobility and airway patency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group， with statistically significant differences （P0.05）. In the observation group， diastolic blood pressure， systolic blood pressure， heart rate were lower than those in the control group， and oxygen saturation was higher than that in the control group， with statistically significant differences （P0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant （P0.05）.
