摘要 当今科学技术日新月异、突飞猛进，为天然气生产的迅猛发 展、生产规模扩大带来革命性的改变，但为我们的生活带来巨 改变的同时，天然气生产以及输送过程也面临严重的安全问题。 生产过程中，不安全因素很多，事故的多发性和严重性是天然气 工业独有的普遍安全问题，因此对天然气企业调压站进行安全评 价研究成为必要。 本文在对××市天然气调压站做出大量调研的基础上，分析 出该企业潜在的危险有害因素主要包括火灾、爆炸伤害、中毒伤 害、腐蚀伤害、承压设备安全因素等；针对危险存在情况和危险 特性选择适用于该企业的系统安全分析方法，并采用安全检查表、 道化学安全评价方法对该企业安全现状进行了评价；最后，针对 评价结果提出了安全技术防范方法和控制措施。 关键词：承压设备 爆炸 危险有害因素 危险性评价 1 Abstract Todays rapid changes in science and technology, by leaps and bounds, for the production of natural gas brought revolutionary changes to rapid development, production scale, but for changing our lives at the same time, natural gas production and transport processes are facing serious security problems.
