苯磺酸氨氯地平和苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压的效果比较 [摘要]目的 比较苯磺酸氨氯地平和苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗高血压的效果。方法 选取20XX年1月～20XX年5月我院收治的80例高血壓患者作为研究对象，依据随机数字表法将其分为两组，每组各40例。对照组患者给予苯磺酸氨氯地平，观察组患者给予苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血压水平、血压变异性指标、血管内皮功能指标、不良反应总发生率。结果 观察组患者的临床总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的收缩压、舒张压、血压晨峰、收缩压标准差、收缩压变异指数低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗后，观察组患者的一氧化氮水平低于对照组，内皮素-1水平高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平对高血压的疗效优于苯磺酸氨氯地平，而苯磺酸氨氯地平和苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平的不良反应总发生率接近，均具有良好的用药安全性。 [关键词]高血压;苯磺酸氨氯地平;苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平;血压;不良反应 [中图分类号] R972 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2020）7（c）-0130-04 Effect comparison between Amlodipine Besylate and Levamlodipine Besylate in the treatment of hypertension WANG Yun Department of Pharmacy， the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanhua University， Hu′nan Province， Hengyang 421001， China [Abstract] Objective To compare the effect of Amlodipine Besylate and Levamlodipine Besylate in the treatment of hypertension.
