保利地产员工培训存在的问题及对策研究 摘 要 人力资源是企业最重要的资源,企业的培训能够极大的提高企业员工的技能水平和 整合素质,能够为企业的发展注入生命力,企业员工的培训不仅仅是一种成本的投入, 更是一种长期的投资,不难看出,企业员工培训是否成功决定着企业核心竞争力的强弱, 起着举足轻重的作用。 文章主要从“员工培训的理论研究”、“保利地产员工培训现状研究”和“保利地产 员工培训优化对策”三个方面对论题进行了粗浅的研究和分析。其中对员工培训目前存 在的问题和对策进行了较大篇幅的阐述。在对保利地产现有员工培训模式的学习掌握基 础上,发现了其在管理理念和员工培训工作方面存在的主要问题,并对此提出了建设性 的对策建议。在员工培训内容布置上、培训形式上、实训效果上、总结考核上等方面加 以筹划和研究,力争尽早形成富有保利特色、符合发展趋势、实现资源共享、颇具实践 成效的企业员工培训体系,从而进一步强化管理效能、提高经济效益、建立企业文化、 引领行业潮流。 关键词:培训体系;培训预算;培训费用 Poly real estate staff training problems and countermeasures research Abstract Human resource is the most important resource of enterprise, enterprise training can greatly improve the quality of staff skill levels and integration, and can inject vitality to the development of the enterprise, the enterprise staff training is not only a kind of cost of investment, but also a long-term investment, it is not hard to see, the enterprise staff training success depends on the strength of the enterprise core competitive power, plays an important role. On the existing problem and countermeasure of staff training are described at greater length. Poly real estate group learning on the basis of employees training model, found its main problems of management and staff training, and put forward constructive suggestions- Arranged in staff training, training, training on form, summary assessment on the effect of fine aspects of planning and research, striving for the early formation of poly-rich features, in line with development trends, resource-sharing, a practice the effectiveness of employee training system, so as to further enhance management efficiency, improve economic efficiency, the establishment of corporate culture, leading the industry trend.
