The?logistics?process?is?composed?of?many?links,?among?which?the?warehousing?process?is?the?most?important?and?indispensable?part?in?the?logistics?process.?However,?in?China,?there?are?still?some?deficiencies?in?the?logistics?enterprises,?such?as?in?the?outbound?link,?because?of?the?imperfection?of?some?work?processes,?which?affects?the?work?efficiency?of?enterprises?and?increases?many?unnecessary?costs.?We?use?simulation?software?to?simulate?the?warehouse?out?process?of?logistics?enterprises,?analyze?the?result?data?to?find?some?existing?problems,?and?make?targeted?corrections,?so?as?to?achieve?the?optimization?purpose?of?saving?costs?and?increasing?work?efficiency. In?this?design,?the?warehouse?center?of?Master?Kang?(Shenyang)?beverage?Co.,?Ltd.?is?selected?as?the?research?object.?Through?field?visit?and?investigation,?the?layout?of?the?plant?area?and?the?outbound?process?are?understood,?and?the?relevant?data?required?in?the?outbound?link?are?collected.?Based?on?the?above?data,?the?simulation?research?is?carried?out?through?the?simulation?software?Flexsim.?After?the?completion?of?the?modeling,?the?simulation?model?is?run?to?get?the?running?results,?and?then?the?running?results?are?analyzed?to?find?the?bottleneck?that?affects?the?efficiency,?and?some?problems?in?the?delivery?process?can?be?found.?To?solve?the?bottleneck?problem,?we?designed?the?corresponding?outbound?optimization?scheme?for?Master?Kong?beverage?company,?modeled?the?optimization?scheme?again,?and?verified?the?effectiveness?of?the?improvement?measures?through?the?simulation?analysis?of?the?optimized?model.?The?purpose?is?to?provide?reference?and?suggestions?for?enterprises.
