The optimization of warehouse layout is also the optimization of warehouse operation, which can make the warehouse run reasonably. The one-time operation and the optimization of the path can make the warehouse use the minimum transportation distance and the distance between the board and shoes. This can also save costs, but we must also pay attention to the information links between the various functional areas, so that the reasonable and safe operation of the warehouse. Hongli company is an enterprise that mainly produces electronic products. With the continuous development of hongli company, the output increases continuously, and the problems caused by unreasonable warehouse layout become more and more prominent.
