Keywords 00s college students; college Ideological and political education; innovation mode 第一批00后已經正式进入大学校园，大学生群体将从“95后”逐步向00后群体过渡，势必呈现全新时代特征，对于大学思想政治教育形式及内容提出了挑战。遵循思想政治工作规律、教书育人规律和学生成长规律，围绕已经迎来第一批真正意义上的00后大学生这一个新的挑战，要把思想政治教育做好，就必须分析探讨00后大学生的特征，创新大学生思想政治教育模式，切实促进00后大学生的成长发展，提升高校思想政治教育的水平和质量。 1 00后大学生特点 00后，指1月1日-12月31日出生的中国公民。出生时是我国计划生育政策的实行时期，以独生子女为主。00后大学生所成长在二十世纪的社会环境中，物质生活较为优越。他们成长期与中国WTO周期叠合，他们生长在移动互联网和内容大爆发的科技环境下。00后独享着父母的爱，在家庭关系中，00后拥有更平等的话语权，能够自由表达自己的想法。00后一代独特的成长环境，造就了他们这一代独特的个性特征00后的大学生具有浓厚的个人主义色彩，强调自我意识和主观感受。他们实际上从出生开始就已经伴随互联网成长，互联网已不仅仅是一种“媒体”的概念，而是结构了一整套的生活方式，对于00后来讲，他们的知识学习方式、认知方式很大程度上收到互联网的影响，同时通过互联网接受思想文化和社会时事热点。00 后所处的成长时代文化更加多元化，因此这一群体受外界环境的影响更为明显，在价值观念上表现得更为多元化。 2
