公路工程施工项目管理存在的问题及对策
摘要：随着我国经济的发展，我国的公路建设取得了长足的进
展，但由于公路工程投资大、面线广、建设周期长等特点，施工项
目在建设和管理过程中存在较大的复杂性和问题，严重影响了工程
的质量和效率。本文首先讲述了公路施工项目管理的重要意义，并
分析了项目管理中暴露出的问题，进而探讨了项目管理的改进对
策。

abstract: with the development of our national economy,
china ’s highway construction has madeconsiderable progress,
but because the highway engineering investment big, wide,
construction period face line long, etc, the construction
project in construction and management of the existence of
the complexity of the larger and problems, and serious impact
on the engineering quality and efficiency. this paper first
tells the story of highway construction project management,
the importance of project managementand analyzes the exposed
problems, and discusses the countermeasures of improving
project management.
