摘 要 基于 B/S 结构的工资管理系统的设计与实现 摘要 ：劳资管理是公司企业内部很重要的一个管理事项， 但目前大多公司内部劳 资的管理有的是手工操作，有的是使用早期用 Foxpro 、Visual Foxpro 等数据库 管理系统开发的简易工资管理系统， 由于开发工具本身的限制， 对网络功能的支 持程度不是很强， 信息共享和软件升级都极不方便。 因此有必要开发一个基于网 络的劳资人事管理系统，能在网络环境下实现数据的录入、插入、删除、查询、 统计、更新、打印等功能。设计并实现一套 B/S 结构的具有基本功能的较完整的 网络工资管理系统，应具备以下基本功能：用户登录管理、员工管理、考勤业绩 管理管理、工资管理、请假管理、信息、报表管理、系统管理等功能。 关键词 ：劳资管理； B/S 结构； I Abstract Based on B/S structure of salary management system 矚慫润厲钐瘗睞枥庑赖。 design and implementation Abstract: labor management is very important internal company a management matters, but now most of the internal labor managementhave a plenty of manual operation, have a plenty of use, Visual Foxpro with early Foxpro database management system such as the development of simple salary management system, due to the limitation of the development tools, the network function the support degree is not very strong, information sharing and software upgrades are very convenient.
