摘 要 随着社会经济的不断发展，互联网的发展也越来越引人注目，电子商务作为 一种新兴产业给人们带来了一次史无前例的产业革命，它的兴起对于传统的经 营管理模式和企业竞争提出了挑战，然而在电子商务的发展过程中，物流成为了 在网上成功交易有形商品的一个关键性因素，在此条件下，电子商务和现代物流 协同发展成为了必然。为了应对电子商务的蓬勃发展，各种新兴的物流模式应运 而生，各种电子商务和物流企业为了降低成本对各种新兴模式进行探索和发展。 本文就这些模式展开探讨，分析这些模式的优劣性，并对协同发展中存在的一些 问题进行分析，然后对电子商务和现代物流的未来的发展提出新 想。 关键词：电子商务；现代物流；模式；企业；商品交易 Abstract With the continuous development of the socio-economic development of the Internet more and more compelling e-commerce as an emerging industry gave rise to an unprecedented industrial revolution, it is the rise of the traditional business management model and corporate competitionthe challenges, however, in the development process of e-commerce, logistics has become a key factor in the success of the online trading of tangible goods, under this condition, e-commerce and modern logistics joint development has become inevitable.In response to the booming e- commerce, emerging logistics pattern emerged, and a variety of e-commerce and logistics companies to the emerging mode of exploration and development in order to reduce costs.
