38000DWT散货船方案设计 摘 要 本次的毕业设计的是完成38000载重吨的散货船的设计方案。 本次的设计是在搜集了大量的同量级的母型散货船后，以35000吨级浅吃水经济型散货船和39000载重吨散货船为母型船，依据《船舶设计原理》、《船舶原理》、《钢质海船入级建造规范》等文献进行设计的。本次的设计主要涉及了以下六个方面： 主尺度要素的确定：在满足设计任务书和规范对设计船的要求下，利用统计公式法和母型船法在合适的主尺度范围中选取一组本船最终的主尺度。 型线设计：采用自行设计法和母型船改造法相结合的方法，在Maxsurf软件中输入主尺度要素建模，并导出型线。简化光顺型线，得到本船的型线图。 总布置设计：根据相关规范并参照母型船的布置特点来完成本船各处的布置，并尽量使本船使用更加合理、造价更加经济。 性能校核：利用Hydromax模块对设计船进行分舱并设置四种典型载况进行浮态、大倾角稳性的计算，得到静水力曲线图和静稳性曲线图并校核其结果是否符合规范规定。 结构设计：根据规范对计算出保证船体安全所需要的各处骨架构件的最小尺寸，再从中选取合适的构件，然后完成基本结构图和典型横剖图。 螺旋桨设计：根据规范计算出能满足航速要求且具有足够推力的螺旋桨，并使得螺旋桨与船体、主机之间配合良好。 关键词：散货船；型线设计；性能校核；螺旋桨设计 Abstract The subject of this graduation project is to complete the design of 38000 deadweight bulk carriers.
